Position Overview:

Our client, a leader in commercial drywall and interior systems across Florida , is seeking skilled and motivated Tradespeople to join their team. This role includes framing, drywall hanging, finishing, acoustical ceiling installation, and other interior systems. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship on commercial and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install metal stud framing, drywall panels, and related components per project plans and specifications.
• Tape, finish, sand, and texture drywall to professional standards.
• Install acoustical ceilings, partitions, and specialty interior systems.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other tradespeople to ensure timely project completion.
• Assist with material handling, inventory tracking, and site preparation.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards, including proper use of PPE.
• Report issues or hazards promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in commercial drywall, framing, finishing, or related interior construction.
• Knowledge of drywall systems, metal stud framing, finishing techniques, and acoustical ceilings.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in drywall installation and finishing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Able to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly on-site.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA standards.
• Willing to learn new skills or techniques as required.
