Electrical Superintendent – Lead Major Industrial and Mission Critical Projects in Arizona

Our client, a leading national electrical subcontractor , is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join their growing operations in Arizona . Specializing in medium and high voltage work, they deliver large-scale electrical packages for some of the most advanced data centers , industrial , and manufacturing facilities in the country.

The Role

The Electrical Superintendent will oversee field operations on major electrical projects, leading crews, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is executed safely, on time, and to specification. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who knows the field, understands how to get the best out of their team, and can keep projects moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and subcontractors on large industrial or mission critical projects
• Plan and oversee daily field operations, ensuring work meets quality, safety, and productivity goals
• Work closely with the Project Manager and General Contractor to maintain schedule and project milestones
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth jobsite operations
• Enforce site safety and quality standards in line with company policies and client requirements

Ideal Background

• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or General Foreman with a major electrical subcontractor
• Strong background in medium and high voltage installations
• Experience on data center , industrial , or manufacturing projects preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of jobsite safety and field coordination
