Job description :
We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Event Assistant to represent our company, Technoville, at the Small Business Expo in Houston. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in marketing, tech, or event management to gain real-world experience and network with professionals in the field.
Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and managing our booth
Engage with attendees and share information about our services
Distribute marketing materials and swag
Capture leads and answer basic questions (training will be provided)
Maintain a professional and friendly presence throughout the event
Requirements:
Based in or able to commute to Houston on your own
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in marketing, tech, or startups is a plus
Prior event or trade show experience is a bonus but not required
Must be available during event hours: Nov 5 (9 AM - 4:30 PM)

Compensation :
Competitive daily rate of $15/hour for hours spent at the event + event pass
