Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Dallas, TX, with some work from home flexibility. The Executive Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks including diary management, expense reports, and executive support. The role involves supporting the CEO with scheduling, correspondence, making travel arrangements, and general office administration. The successful candidate will ensure smooth communication and operations between the CEO and other executives, as well as assisting with various administrative duties.
