Job Title: Executive Assistant to Chief of Staff

Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site)

Salary: $100k - $130k

A dynamic and fast-paced investment firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief of Staff to the Founder. This is a high-trust, hybrid role that combines executive-level administrative support, project coordination, and elements of personal assistance. Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief of Staff
  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, meetings, and priorities
  • Coordinate detailed travel arrangements and prepare briefing materials
  • Track deadlines, manage follow-ups, and assist with project coordination
  • Draft and edit emails, decks, and internal documentation
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff on firm-wide initiatives

Personal Assistant Coordination

  • Manage logistics related to personal tasks and errands with discretion
  • Coordinate vendors, household staff, and event logistics for the corporate apartment
  • Assist with entertainment, catering, and on-site event needs
  • Act as a gatekeeper and trusted proxy, handling sensitive information and communications
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness, adaptability, and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar EA/PA capacity, ideally within private equity, venture capital, tech, family office, or high-growth environments
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High emotional intelligence with a proactive and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to work with discretion and sound judgment in high-pressure situations
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Slack
  • Valid California driver’s license required
