Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant / Household Manager (Weekends Only)

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays Only

Compensation: $65 – $75 per hour (based on experience)

Type: On-Call basis

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and organized Executive Personal Assistant / Household Manager to support the owner of a private residence in Newport Beach exclusively on weekends. This is a hands-on role that blends high-level executive personal assistance with household management responsibilities, ensuring the owner’s personal and domestic needs are handled with efficiency, discretion, and care. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, service-oriented, and highly proficient in both driving and managing errands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct executive and personal support to the owner
• Coordinate weekend schedules, appointments, and errands
• Oversee household matters, including managing vendors, deliveries, and ensuring smooth weekend operations
• Drive the owner when needed- professional driving skills and safe driving record required.
• Assist with communication, organization, and general support tasks as required by the owner
• Maintain the highest level of discretion, privacy, and professionalism
• Be available on Saturdays and Sundays and flexible with weekend needs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Household Manager, ideally in a private household setting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Newport Beach
• High degree of professionalism and discretion

Start Date: Immediate / Urgent Hire

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
