Duration: 12 Months with a possibility of extension

Job Overview:

Expeditor – Supply Chain

We’re seeking an Expeditor to support our Supply Chain team by tracking and managing equipment/material for purchase orders, contracts, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expedite and monitor vendor equipment/material to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage vendor documentation (drawings, ITPs, WPS, RFIs, VDRs) and ensure timely reviews/approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering, project teams, contractors, quality, and logistics.
• Proactively identify and resolve delays/issues; chair and document vendor/project meetings.
• Maintain expediting records and support PO/contract closeout.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of expediting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of expediting, logistics, and vendor documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP/Oracle/SharePoint experience a plus.
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
