In-office or Hybrid-remote Work: Our flexibility extends to your work location. We have office space available if you prefer your own private office, away from the distractions at home. Working in person allows you to better experience the camaraderie of being in the office. Alternatively, if you prefer to avoid the commute, you can elect to work from home and only come to the office when you choose, provided you have a professional setting for video calls from home and you are available during business hours.

Prefer a family-first rhythm? Set your target on a steady tier that pairs with life outside the office. Want to maximize earnings? Higher tiers provide substantial upside for consistently higher output. You can reassess your target each quarter for yourself and switch targets as seasons of life change. Whichever lane you choose, we back you with flexible billing targets and proportional compensation.

Compensation:$90,000 - $186,000 yearly
