We’re seeking a creative Fashion Designer for a 5-month contract based onsite in San Francisco, CA .
Details:
- Contract Length: 5 months
- Location: Onsite – San Francisco, CA (Rincon Park)
- Pay Rate: $35–$39/hr
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop original design concepts encompassing style, color, and fabric based on fashion trends.
- Produce sketches and seasonal presentations of proposed designs.
- Analyze fashion trends and incorporate insights into design work.
- Collaborate with sourcing and materials development teams .
- Attend fit sessions and provide basic fit/body block information .
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience.
- Relevant design experience in fashion or apparel.
- Strong sketching and presentation abilities .
- Knowledge of trend forecasting and translating trends into designs.
- Basic understanding of garment fit and construction .
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
