What You’ll Do:

Prospect. Build, manage and maintain relationships with clients. Deliver financial security holistically through integrating insurance and investments.

Develop Holistic Financial Solutions: Understand clients' goals to guide them on a path to financial success using tools like retirement planning, insurance, investment services, estate planning, business planning, education funding, and employee benefits.

Maintain Autonomy and Flexibility: Build your practice with support from our network of financial specialists. Enjoy full training, educational programs, and mentoring opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- BA or BS degree from a four-year institution

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-Prior sales or business experience preferred, with a history of personal and professional success

-No prior financial services experience needed—extensive training provided

-Average Income for 1 st year advisor in Red Bank, $85,000

-Top Performing income for 1 st year advisor in Red Bank, $300,000
