Job Description

Overview:

This role is responsible for supporting the financial operations of a designated region by preparing regular reports, evaluating performance against budgets, and maintaining forecasting tools. The analyst will assist regional leadership by delivering insights that support decision-making and improve financial outcomes. Qualifications & Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong grasp of core financial concepts and accounting practices
  • Experience in operational finance is a plus

Tools and Equipment Used:

  • Daily use of office tools such as computers, phones, printers, calculators, and scanners

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and cash flow analysis
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and database systems, especially Excel
  • Attention to detail and a solid foundation in financial modeling and analysis
  • Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
  • Able to manage time effectively and make sound decisions under deadlines
  • Comfortable working autonomously

Working Environment:

  • Office-based role in a climate-controlled, smoke-free facility
  • Occasionally may need to work in non-standard environments
  • Workplace is accessible for individuals with disabilities
  • Occasional high-pressure periods requiring focus and adaptability
