Job Description

Boulo Solutions is partnering with a lighting manufacturing looking to find a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial and Operations Analyst to join our team at a growing lighting manufacturing company based in Foley, AL . This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working across departments to support data-driven decision-making through financial modeling, operational analysis, and productivity improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain financial models , including revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and profitability metrics
  • Develop inventory models to optimize inventory levels, monitor turnover, and support purchasing decisions
  • Analyze productivity data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and sales teams to support cross-functional initiatives
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and operational performance
  • Support ad hoc analysis and projects as needed to drive business performance
  • Help document and improve internal processes and financial workflows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in financial or operations analysis preferred
  • Strong Excel skills required; experience with modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools a plus
  • Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and operational KPIs
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Must live within commuting distance of Foley, AL
