24 Seven is partnering with a top global sportwear client to help them find a Footwear Studio Coordinator for this onsite position. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity working 5 days a week onsite in the great Portland, OR area starting ASAP. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Ideal Candidate: will have at least 2 years of professional experience and a passion for the outdoors or footwear industry as well as having a can do attitude and high energy is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for the space—greeting visitors, executives, athletes, and internal teams with professionalism and warmth.
• Support daily operations for ~60 team members (including ~30 in footwear) across two floors, ensuring everything runs smoothly and is always presentation-ready.
• Manage day-to-day logistics: order meals, prep and reset meeting rooms, maintain supplies, coordinate shipments, and handle clean-up.
• Help maintain and enhance the workspace—organize, tidy, assemble furniture, and support installations to keep the environment functional and inspiring.
• Assist with meetings and events from setup to teardown—whether it’s an exec visit, athlete summit, or team offsite.
• Partner closely with the Office Manager on project coordination across teams like product, creative, design, and merchandising.
• Contribute to the ongoing setup and optimization of a newly expanded office floor.
• Take pride in caring for the space and brand—ideal for someone passionate about footwear, outdoor gear, and the active lifestyle.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client-facing or operational support role (such as office administration, retail, hospitality, or service-based industries)
• Professional and poised demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with VIPs, global executives, and industry influencers
• Energetic, solution-oriented, and hands-on—you’re eager to take initiative and tackle challenges as they arise
• Genuine enthusiasm for footwear, outdoor equipment, or active lifestyle brands
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments and remains flexible amidst shifting priorities
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not a requirement
