About the Role

DIME is growing fast—and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, design-minded Jr. Frontend Developer to support our expanding digital footprint. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who has a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and is ready to learn on the job.

You’ll work closely with our development and design teams to bring UI concepts to life, handle support tickets, and continue building your technical toolkit with hands-on experience in modern frameworks. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, coachable, and committed to clean, scalable code.

Cannabis industry experience isn’t required—but excitement to work in a fast-moving, heavily regulated space is a must.

What You’ll Do

• Develop responsive, accessible frontend components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with senior developers to integrate APIs and ensure frontend/backend compatibility
• Troubleshoot UI issues, handle support tickets, and continuously improve user experience
• Train and grow in frameworks like React or Vue (no prior experience required—just a willingness to learn!)
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and design to ensure our digital platforms run smoothly

What You’ll Need

• 0–2 years of experience in frontend development (internships count!)
• Comfort with HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript
• Basic understanding of how APIs work and how to connect to them
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Exposure to frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
• Experience working with ticketing systems or supporting live web applications
