Job Title: Managing Consultant (Full Desk Recruiter)

Location: Manhattan, NYC

Compensation: $70K–$80K base + Uncapped commission

They’re hiring experienced Full Desk Recruiters to focus on both permanent and contract placements across high-growth areas such as AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

Run a full desk : Bringing new accounts, managing client relationships, sourcing, screening and placing candidates.

What They're Looking For:

• 2-5 years of full desk recruiting experience within IT (agency background required).
• Demonstrated success in business development and account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• NYC-based, with flexibility to work 4 days in-office.
