Job Title: Warehouse General Manager

Location: Ellabell, GA / Lansing, MI

Reports To: CL KAM Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of operations at our distribution center. This role is responsible for warehouse performance, facility management, inventory accuracy, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence through effective leadership, strategic planning, and strong team development.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Inventory Management

• Manage all daily warehouse and facility operations
• Ensure accurate inventory control and asset accountability
• Plan, organize, and direct all distribution center activities
• Set and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to minimize damage and optimize performance
• Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Staffing & Leadership

• Determine staffing needs and oversee hiring, scheduling, and team structure
• Lead employee relations, including performance reviews, development, and disciplinary processes
• Promote a culture of training, communication, and teamwork
• Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports and ensure supervisors do the same

Facility & Equipment Oversight

• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment
• Oversee warehouse equipment and lift truck fleet maintenance programs
• Ensure proper capacity planning and equipment utilization
• Manage warehouse supply levels to support smooth operations

Compliance & Safety

• Enforce security and incident reporting protocols
• Implement and oversee workplace safety programs and compliance

Finance & Reporting

• Oversee warehouse-related budgeting and purchasing activities
• Ensure financial accountability in alignment with corporate standards
• Provide daily operational reports to the Regional Operations Manager
• Track and report performance data: accuracy, timeliness, and damage rates

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing warehouse or distribution center operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
• Familiarity with warehouse systems, logistics, and safety protocols
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

Preferred Skills

• Korean/English bilingual preferred
• ERP/WMS system experience
• Experience with cross-cultural teams or international logistics is a bonus
