We are a small (but mighty!) award-winning graphic design firm near Frederick, MD. Our team creates impactful, dynamic visual solutions for a diverse client base, and we’re looking for a talented, motivated full-time Graphic Designer to join us. What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop creative assets including logos, brochures, social media graphics and templates, event materials, and presentations.
• Create conceptual  illustrations that support project goals and enhance visual storytelling.
• Design  infographics that translate complex content into clear, easy-to-understand visuals.
• Ensure designs meet 508 compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with internal staff and support the Creative Director.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat; After Effects a plus).
• Strong illustrative skills and the ability to create engaging visual concepts.
• Expertise in designing infographics that make complex ideas easy to follow.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with CMS.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Google Docs and Slides.
• Knowledge of 508 accessibility compliance. If not, the ability and willingness to learn.
