Job Description
A Home Health RN, or Registered Nurse, is a healthcare professional who visits patients in their homes to provide medical care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, managing wounds, assessing health needs, and educating patients and their families on managing their conditions, all while collaborating with the patient's physician and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans; requiring excellent communication and assessment skills to operate independently within the patient's home environment.
