  • Run errands, manage deliveries and returns
  • Liaise with cleaners, contractors, and service providers

Family Support:

  • Plan and coordinate children’s birthdays and family events
  • Provide administrative support that helps the household run smoothly and frees parents to focus on professional obligations

Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years’ experience in private households, family assistant, or household management roles
  • Educated and culturally engaged; comfortable sharing enriching experiences with children
  • Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at creating and maintaining systems
  • Professional presence: polished communication, discretion, reliability, and sound judgment
  • Warm and grounded: patient and kind with children, adaptable in family life
  • Tech-savvy: proficient with MS Office, Apple devices, online scheduling and productivity tools
  • Culinary ability: able to prepare healthy, simple meals
  • Driver’s license with clean record required
  • Non-smoker

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive rate depending on experience
  • Guaranteed 40–50 hours/week
  • Paid vacation/holidays
  • Long-term, stable role with a supportive family
  • Housing Option: A private carriage house apartment, separate from the main residence , is available for the right candidate who prefers a live-in arrangement. Live-in is optional; live-out candidates are also welcome to apply.
