Full-Time Housekeeper — Woodside, CA (Luxury Private Household)

Compensation: $65/hr + benefits + PTO

A private UHNW family in Woodside, CA is seeking an experienced, exceptionally polished Full-Time Housekeeper to join their professional household team. This role is ideal for someone who brings 5+ years of luxury home experience, a warm and calm presence, and a true passion for creating beautiful, restorative environments.

This residence serves as the family’s serene weekend retreat—a sanctuary of peace, comfort and understated luxury. The Housekeeper will play a central role in maintaining this atmosphere, ensuring the home is always pristine, welcoming and thoughtfully prepared.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain the home to the highest luxury standard—impeccably clean, organized and cared for
• Deliver hospitality with the attentiveness of a five-star resort
• Open/close the home weekly; ensure everything is refreshed, functioning and beautifully presented
• Manage laundry and wardrobe care (washing, ironing, steaming, folding, organizing)
• Care for fine furnishings, specialty materials and delicate surfaces
• Maintain organization systems across closets, pantries and household storage
• Restock household items and track inventory
• Support light meal/snack cleanup and maintain kitchen tidiness
• Assist with guests, gatherings and special events
• Communicate maintenance needs promptly
• Work seamlessly with the Estate Manager, Chef and Nanny
• Uphold absolute confidentiality and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in a luxury private home or high-end hospitality setting
• Expertise in fine home care, wardrobe management and detailed cleaning techniques
• Highly organized, proactive and efficient—able to manage multiple priorities with ease
• Warm, kind, calm and grounded presence
• “No task too small” mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable around children and pets
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (local candidates preferred)
