Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks and HR functions. The HR Assistant will play a key role in maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary notices.

  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.

  • Help organize and coordinate HR projects, events, and training sessions.

  • Ensure the confidentiality of HR data and employee information.

  • Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.

  • Maintain office policies and procedures, and suggest improvements where necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR training or education is a plus.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment

  • Regular working hours, with occasional overtime depending on business needs
