We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with a background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Security to support cross-functional initiatives. This role requires someone with strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills who can effectively track progress, manage data, and help ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project management activities, including maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and coordinating with multiple teams to meet deadlines.
• Review, update, and manage project-related data to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
• Oversee role-based access management processes, ensuring proper access to reports, systems, and applications.
• Generate and maintain reports in ServiceNow , ensuring visibility into project status, risks, and issues.
• Utilize Excel to track metrics, analyze project data, and produce reports for leadership.
• Support IAM/security initiatives by coordinating tasks and ensuring compliance with access and security requirements.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager , preferably in IAM/Security environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with role-based access control (RBAC) .
• Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting .
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
