Sentara’s hands-on Simulation Center is seeking experienced Critical Care and Women’s Health Nurses to serve as as-needed Nursing Instructors for our Transition to Practice Program and New Hire Orientation.

🩺 What You’ll Do:
✅ Guide and mentor new nurses through realistic simulations and skills labs
✅ Share your expertise in critical care or women’s health
✅ Support new hire readiness and clinical confidence
📍 Location: Sentara Simulation Center, Chesapeake, VA
📅 Schedule: 16 hours per pay period, M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
✨ Ideal candidates have:
✔️ A passion for teaching
✔️ 3-5 years Clinical experience in critical care or women’s health
✔️ A current RN license (BSN)
