RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and update facility layout designs using CAD or equivalent software.
• Define key performance indicators and use them to identify and implement improvement measures.
• Lead and document initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain Standard Work procedures and SOPs in line with company best practices.
• Manage and support organizational change initiatives.
• Facilitate training and conduct regular audits of 5S implementation.
• Conduct process audits and follow up with corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in WMS configuration, launch, and ongoing support.
• Perform inventory evaluations and suggest optimization strategies.
• Analyze customer profitability and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses and business case justifications for new projects.
• Design and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Conduct annual scope-of-work reviews and provide labor planning analysis.
• Lead capital expenditure planning efforts.
• Research and implement automation technologies and digital tools.
• Support planning and execution of cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Analyze billing accuracy by comparing invoices against actuals.
• Investigate root causes of process failures and recommend corrective measures.
• Provide financial modeling and analysis for new project bids.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be accepted.
• At least 7 years working in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing. Familiarity with quality control, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and CAD software
• Knowledge of WMS and tools like Tableau is helpful
• Strong team and communication skills
• Good at solving problems and improving processes
• Experience with measurement systems (e.g., MOST, MODAPTS, MTM) is a bonus
• Familiarity with automation and robotics is a plus, but not required
