IT Business Consultant / Business Analyst – Copilot

Hybrid in Milwaukee, WI

12-month Contract

We are seeking a consultant to lead organizational change and business analysis for the enterprise rollout of Microsoft Copilot across approximately 5,000 users, with potential expansion beyond. This role will drive adoption, governance, and measurable business outcomes for “Copilot Work” and “Copilot Web” tools across Home & Field office employees. The ideal candidate combines expertise in change management, experience implementing AI solutions at scale, and strong business analysis capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business use cases to identify high-value Copilot opportunities.
• Planning and execution of technology deployments (both new implementations and updates/changes to existing capabilities) by addressing business processes and the underlying systems that support them.
• Apply core Business Analysis skills to document current-state processes, define future-state workflows, translate business needs into clear functional requirements, identify options, gain consensus, and clearly communicate recommendations.
• Lead, design and deliver organizational change management (OCM) strategies to promote adoption of the change and minimize impact to people and processes. You will ensure users are informed, trained, and supported throughout the rollout.
• Continuously refine Copilot use cases and adoption strategies, leveraging user feedback, data analytics and visualizations, and evolving platform capabilities.
• Document requirements, success metrics, and ROI for prioritized scenarios.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in organizational change management, business analysis, or IT business consulting
• Proven experience leading AI tool deployments (Microsoft Copilot strongly preferred)
• Deep understanding and experience in technology release management and organizational change management programs and practices. This includes eliciting feedback and analyzing the sentiment to provide recommendations.
• Strong understanding of M365 ecosystem
• Demonstrated ability to utilize Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel
• Demonstrated ability/knowledge of business operations/processes to include analysis, design, documentation, using industry best practices and standards
• Superb communication skills (written and verbal); ability to deliver informative, well-organized documentation and ability to effectively communicate in difficult and critical situations; effectively navigate the political landscape.
• Demonstrated flexibility to adjust to changing business needs by effectively leading and prioritizing large or complex concurrent assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Enterprise level environments.
• Experience building champions networks and role-based enablement programs.
• Identifying cases and conducting user acceptance testing.
