Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location-Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Fremont, CA)

Duration: 4 months (contract)

Compensation Range: $50/hr – $60/hr w2

Job Description:

Drive software-focused projects supporting RF radio testing and compliance in a cross-functional technical environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Translate business requests into epics, stories, and tasks with clear scope and success metrics
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure test-readiness
• Build and manage Gantt-based schedules in ClickUp
• Set up and execute sprints; facilitate daily scrums and track sprint health
• Collaborate with RF labs and compliance teams to align schedules and deliverables
• Publish weekly status reports and lead decision reviews
• Monitor key performance metrics like defect leakage and time to resolution

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• PMP certification (PMI)
• 5+ years managing software projects in hardware/embedded/RF environments
• Strong ClickUp skills for planning and dependency tracking
• Proven sprint management, prioritization, and delegation experience
• Excellent communication with the ability to convey risks and decisions effectively

Nice-to-Haves:

• Agile delivery experience; familiarity with Jira or Trello
• Understanding of SDLC; basic familiarity with Python and JavaScript for test tooling concepts
