Job Description

CURRENTLY HIRING FOR INSTALLATION CREW MEMBERS. $22.00 PER HOUR WITH NO EXPERIENCE, HIGHER WAGES WITH EXPERIENCE. PAID WEEKLY WITH TIME AND A HALF OVERTIME.

Preferred applicant is mechanically inclined and has worked in irrigation, lawn services, plumbing or electrical fields. Enjoys working outside. Valid Drivers License with clean driving record is required. 

An installation crew member is responsible for performing various tasks to aid in the daily operations at both commercial and residential irrigation installation sites. 

The duties and responsibilities of an Installation Crew Member are all geared towards maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient installation site while also supporting the overall project. The list of duties and responsibilities on any given day may include:

  • Cleaning and preparing job sites.
  • Loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
  • Digging holes and trenches, and backfilling.
  • Fitting connections and installing parts.
  • Assisting the Foreman with heavy machinery and installation of underground pipes. 
  • Following instructions from Foreman.
  • Assisting other crewmembers as needed. 

Working Environment/Safety Requirements:

This job requires outdoor work for 8 or more hours a day in various environments including but not limited to, freezing temperatures, 100+ degree temperatures, rain, sleet and snow. Daily working conditions include mud, dirt, sand and water. Applicant must be able to lift, push, pull 50lbs for moderate durations of time. Job includes use of power tools and possible use of heavy machinery. Weekends required.
