We're a fun, fast-paced, and respected Pediatric Dental Specialty Office looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Insurance Coordinator to support our front office team and help deliver a smooth and positive experience for every family we serve.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills who thrives under pressure. The ideal candidate is compassionate, efficient, and eager to help families, the team and doctor navigate the often-confusing world of dental insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify dental insurance benefits prior to appointments.
• Accurately enter and update insurance information in patient records.
• Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Explain benefits and coverage to parents in a clear and supportive manner.
• Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate billing.
• Assist with front office duties as needed (scheduling, phones, patient check-in/out.
• Payment postings and account reconciliation.
• Accounts receivable and insurance ageing maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in dental insurance coordination or billing.
• Strong knowledge of PPO insurance plans and terminology.
• Proficient with dental practice software (Eaglesoft experience is a plus ).
• Bilingual (Spanish) a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in team setting.
