The Interior Cleaning Crew Member plays a crucial role in maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming environments for clients, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Perform general cleaning duties in clients' homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas thoroughly.
• Organize and arrange items in accordance with clients' preferences.
• Change bed linens and provide laundry services when requested. 
• Follow specific client instructions to ensure satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.
• Maintain a positive image of the cleaning team and the organization.
• All other duties as assigned.

Equipment Management

• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good condition.
• Safety and Compliance
• Ensure all cleaning operations adhere to health and safety regulations, including properly handling hazardous materials. 
• Promote safe working practices among team members and address any safety concerns immediately.

Seasonal Snow Removal 

• Assist with snow removal duties (shoveling, plowing, salt/sand application) during the winter months as necessary.

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or maid service is preferred but not required. 
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. 
• Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of client's privacy and property. - Good time management skills with the ability to work independently. 
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and moving furniture.
• A valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Perform physical tasks associated with cleaning. 
• Standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods while cleaning.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 4:30 PM (Weekends and extended hours as needed)

Compensation details: 18-18.5 Hourly Wage
