YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain optimization, process improvement, data analysis, and operational support within a dynamic international logistics environment.

This is a great opportunity for a student or post-graduate candidate to gain practical experience within a global organization.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Supply Chain Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various supply chain functions, including:

• Support supply chain optimization projects: Assist with analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Contribute to network design and analysis: Help with data collection and modeling to optimize transportation routes, warehouse layouts, and overall supply chain flow.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting: Gather, clean, and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-making.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives: Work with cross-functional teams to implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Conduct research on industry best practices: Explore emerging trends in supply chain engineering, automation, and logistics technology to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Develop and maintain documentation: Create process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other relevant materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the Supply Chain Engineering team as needed.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for someone who has:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related field).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Basic data analysis capabilities and comfort working with large datasets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or supply chain modeling software (e.g., Llamasoft, Arena) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to learn new software systems and concepts quickly.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong customer service approach.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

We are a company in full mutation, so you will be able to take part in innovative and challenging projects. You will have support to perform on your job by our internal teams with specific programs. Immersion within our company will therefore be complete and will allow you to grow with us.

We are looking for an intern who can start from summer 2025 and is available for a minimum of 10-12 weeks. The number of hours is negotiable (we prefer 32-40 hours per week). You will have the possibility to work from home, but occasionally will be required to work from the office.
