Senior IT Project Manager

The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects across multiple stakeholders, managing escalations, driving decisions, and ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at the required quality level. This role involves overseeing IT infrastructure projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment across systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Manage assigned resources for the implementation of project-related activities
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including delivery plans and, if needed, budgets
• Manage supplier relationships effectively
• Analyze and define solutions within the change process, including:
• Identifying business issues and conducting root cause analysis
• Suggesting areas of improvement
• Recommending technical solutions
• Apply deep knowledge of state-of-the-art IT technologies
• Provide 2nd-level support responsibilities as needed
• Support other projects and collaborate with other project leaders

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an IT administrator, project manager, or consultant
• Experience working within an IT organization under central governance
• Strong understanding of ERP software, including terminology, functionality, and best practices
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
• Ability to manage client expectations effectively
• Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
• Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
