Job Title: IT Sourcing & Contracts Manager / IT Procurement & Contracts Analyst (Mid-Level)

Location: Westerville, OH (Onsite)

Duration: 5+ months contract

What You’ll Do:

• Support the end-to-end IT procurement process for software (SaaS, perpetual, maintenance, and support).
• Evaluate and manage vendor contracts for IT and professional services, including Time & Materials (T&M) and Fixed Price engagements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and align purchasing with operational needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels with vendors to ensure optimal value and compliance.
• Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle using tools such as Oracle ERP, Zoho Inventory, or similar platforms.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, monitor renewals, and ensure adherence to procurement policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–7 years of experience in IT procurement, contracts, or sourcing.
• Solid understanding of software licensing models: SaaS, perpetual, support, and maintenance.
• Experience handling professional services contracts (T&M and Fixed Price).
• Hands-on experience with procurement systems (Oracle, Zoho, SAP, Ariba, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ISO 9001, Power BI, or global supplier management.
