• 1+ years of Labor & Employment or Litigation experience

• Admitted to the California Bar

• Strong litigation, writing, and client communication skills

• Reliable, organized, and eager to grow within a collaborative team

⚖️ Key Responsibilities

• Litigate wage & hour, harassment, discrimination, and union-related cases

• Handle matters before the Labor Commissioner, NLRB, Cal/OSHA

• Draft employment policies, contracts, and handbooks

• Serve a range of clients, including construction firms and public contractors
