Harper Harison are pleased to be working with an award-winning, well-established civil engineering firm in the Southwest is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Development Project Manager to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a leader who thrives in managing projects, teams, and client relationships while maintaining a strong technical foundation in land development. This role involves directing internal and external project resources, overseeing schedules, and ensuring high-quality service delivery with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead scope development, proposal creation, and contract negotiation
  • Manage budgets, project timelines, and resource planning
  • Cultivate and sustain client relationships
  • Supervise, mentor, and support staff development
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Apply technical civil engineering expertise to land development design
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and documentation
  • Operate effectively in a collaborative team environment

What were looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with Land Development / Site civil projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 3 months
  • Proven leadership in project management and team coordination
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
