Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Architect / Designer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on high-end residential outdoor living environments and commercial pool design. Projects include pools, pool houses, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, hardscapes, and integrated site features. The position emphasizes design and production of permit-ready construction documents, with coordination alongside construction teams during project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Conduct on-site consultations to understand client goals for residential and commercial pool projects, translating them into creative, functional designs.
  • Design Expertise: Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs that balance creativity with constructability, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Construction Documentation: Prepare permit-ready plans and construction documents for pools, pool houses, hardscapes, and outdoor living spaces.
  • Collaboration: Partner with construction and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of design intent.
  • Design & Construction Alignment: Work closely with sales, design, and construction teams to ensure consistency across all phases of a project.
  • Professional Growth: Stay current with design tools, materials, and industry trends to refine your skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • 2+ Years of professional experience in landscape or pool design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/LandFX, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, ArcGIS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of grading, hardscape detailing, pool layout, and construction practices.
  • Excellent drafting, visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage design projects from concept through permit-ready documentation, with coordination during construction as needed.
