Lead Financial Analyst – Revenue Cycle & FP&A

Location - Port St. Lucie, FL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Pay - $100,000 - $110,000/yr

Overview

Join a growing finance team as the Lead Financial Analyst supporting Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Order-to-Cash operations. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) focuses on deep financial analysis, data modeling, and strategy development to improve collectability, reduce denials, and enhance operational efficiency across a fast-expanding healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with RCM and Order-to-Cash leaders to deliver advanced financial analysis, AR insights, KPI reporting, and decision support.

• Use tools like Power BI and Power Query to manipulate large data sets and analyze trends in collections, denials, audits, payer behavior, and SG&A.

• Build, maintain, and refine financial models; forecast impacts of initiatives; and produce monthly collectability, write-off, and operational reports.

• Support FP&A functions, including budgeting, monthly forecasting, headcount reporting, and ad-hoc financial projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in FP&A, revenue cycle, reimbursement, or healthcare cost analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and large data manipulation across multiple systems; experience with Brightree is a plus.

• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, analytical reasoning, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
