About the Role:

We're looking for a thoughtful and versatile Lead Product Designer to join our fast-growing team. You’ll shape the user experience of our digital care platform - from customer acquisition to onboarding to ongoing patient engagement. Your work will directly improve the lives of individuals and families dealing with behavioral addictions, and integrate immediately with company leadership. The role is full-time, based in our office in the heart of Flatiron, NYC and reports directly to the CEO.

What you'll do:

• Design authoritative, empathetic and engaging experiences to make care as accessible as possible for current and potential clients, including mobile web, email, social media content
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and clinical teams to take features from concept to launch
• Talk to users, run lightweight research, and use the resulting insights to drive product design decisions and iterate quickly based on feedback
• Create and evangelize the brand's information architecture and design language for the entire patient (and provider) journey
• Stay adjacent to industry trends but also maintain space to innovate for the specific needs of our patients

Who you are:

• 4+ years experience in Product / UX Design, designing for mobile and/or responsive web apps
• Figma is second nature; motion/illustration skills a plus
• Demonstrated history of delivering world-class product design and seeing ideas to fruition
• Value clean UX, but you’re primarily driven by real impact and behavioral change
• Excited by being the voice for the patient
• Leadership traits and an ability to push ideas to fruition
• A clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
• Curious, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Customer obsession, high empathy

All roles are based in office 5 days per week. Office is located in Flatiron, NYC .
