Because this is a Contract to Hire position only GC’s and USC’s.
This position is Hybrid (4 Days remote/work from home)! Only candidates who are local to Columbus, Oh will be considered.
Lead Typescript Developer with Lambda & AWS (no direct reports/SME)
Notes from the manager:
They are looking for a very Senior/Lead "Hands on" AWS Developer who has strong design experience. Someone with experience creating design proof of concepts for the team and understands Architecture. Also important are Typescript, React and Lambda. Experience with Rest & API's are a plus, but this application is not connecting to any other applications, this is a stand alone, custom app.
Job Description
Provide the technical vision and direction within an application domain. Develop, maintain, and communicate the application architecture and application-level roadmap. Design, document, develop and govern frameworks/platforms for consumption by the larger technical delivery organization. Be accountable for the creation and evolution of the overall application architecture strategy, its alignment with the client's Target State Enterprise Architecture and its usage patterns within the development community. Communicate and govern use of architectural trends and best practice within the application domain. Develop, maintain, and communicate standards around design leadership, documentation, and stakeholder communication in line with the client's federated architect program. Conduct product/solution evaluations for architectural domain. May mentor technical delivery staff.

2+ years of REST Service development and knowledge • Work independently and with minimal supervision • Possess an excellent understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle • Possess excellent analytical skill • Possess excellent communication skill • Experience in the banking industry especially in the payments business is preferred
