Job Description

Learning Technical Trainer

Location: Onsite – Irving, TX 75039

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced Learning Technical Trainer to join our team in Irving, TX. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering business systems training programs that align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience training users on enterprise systems such as Infor (ERP), Kronos, Concur, and Office 365 , and will play a vital role in ensuring effective adoption and utilization of these technologies across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver engaging training sessions for super users and end users across various business systems.
  • Create and maintain training content, job aids, and course materials to support system learning and onboarding.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a simulated training environment, ensuring system updates and new features are tested and reflected in training materials.
  • Facilitate both formal and informal learning through in-person, virtual, and blended learning formats.
  • Partner with stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment of training with business processes and goals.
  • Provide feedback and metrics on training effectiveness, recommending improvements for content and delivery methods.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and resource for system-related questions and process improvement.
  • Communicate training schedules, project updates, and system enhancements across departments.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required (proof of education must be submitted).
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical training, business systems training, or learning and development.
  • Experience supporting or training on enterprise applications such as Infor (ERP), Kronos, Concur, or Office 365 is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly training content.
  • Proficiency in creating eLearning content and managing training through an LMS.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
