Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent with Fathom Realty, you’ll represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions while enjoying the freedom to run your business your way. We provide the tools, support, and commission structure to help you grow faster and keep more of what you earn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

• Provide expert guidance through the entire transaction process

• Generate leads and build relationships through networking and marketing

• Prepare and present offers and contracts

• Stay up-to-date with market trends and local inventory

Requirements:

• Active real estate license in your state

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools

• Passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals
