Responsibilities:

  • Effective Communication: Engage with clients using strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the real estate sales process.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Apply knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law to ensure all transactions are compliant and ethical.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Leverage negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients and navigate complex real estate transactions smoothly.
  • Social Media Management: Utilize social media platforms to market listings and interact with potential buyers, boosting your marketing efforts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Real Estate Agents to efficiently coordinate property showings, inspections, and closings.

Requirements:

  • Licensing Requirements: You must be a licensed Real Estate Agent.
  • Training Program: Prepare to engage in our comprehensive in-office Coaching program, designed to train you for success. (Note: Training is available for licensed agents only).
