Our growing nonprofit client is dedicated to providing high-quality housing solutions for affordable communities. They are seeking an experienced LIHTC Affordable Housing Community Manager (On-Site) to oversee a Permanent Supportive Housing Communities. Responsibilities include rent collection, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and community engagement, with a strong focus on maintaining high occupancy and staying informed about market conditions. Community Managers who live on-site will be responsible for performing all the duties and responsibilities for a Night Manager -that includes responding to all after-hours emergencies or building problems that arise. This is a Community Manager III/Night Manager role.
Work Schedule: M-F 830am-530pm.
Compensation: Hourly plus an Unit in the community.
$29.51 – 34.59 depending on years of experience.
