About Us

We are a well-established tea manufacturing company with a proud heritage and a renewed focus on growth and innovation. Under new leadership, we are committed to building on our legacy while embracing fresh ideas and more efficient ways of working.

We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator who brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to managing the flow of goods and information. From managing freight and warehouse coordination to supporting certifications and customer service, this role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all inbound and outbound freight logistics, including routing, scheduling, tracking, and managing import shipments with proper documentation and timing.
  • Liaise with external warehouse and logistics partners to coordinate transfers and inbound containers.
  • Approve and process freight invoices; manage freight claims as needed.
  • Source and evaluate new carriers; negotiate competitive freight rates.
  • Support onsite logistics by managing driver interactions, building access for deliveries, and maintaining accurate shipping documentation such as BOLs, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
  • Work closely with our production and customer service teams to align order fulfillment with manufacturing schedules.
  • Provide administrative and customer service support, including order entry, phone coverage, and general office tasks.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or supply chain support—manufacturing or import/export experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of freight booking, routing, and carrier communication (including LTL, FTL, and container shipments).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and basic accounting workflows
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable navigating digital systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Comfortable communicating professionally with vendors, warehouse partners, and freight carriers.
  • Proactive and collaborative—willing to jump in where needed and help the team operate more efficiently.
  • Able to work full-time, on-site in Monroe, NJ, Monday through Friday.

What We Offer

  • The stability of an established business with the energy of a company entering an exciting new phase
  • The opportunity to make a real impact on how we operate going forward
  • A collaborative and friendly team environment
  • Salary range: $45,000 - $70,000, based on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package including employer-paid health insurance premiums for employees (individual coverage), 401(k) plan, paid time off, holidays
