Job Overview:

The Logistics Manager will oversee all logistics operations across our multi-channel merchandise business, managing warehouse partners, freight forwarders, and customs processes. This role is responsible for managing 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure compliant, cost-effective, and timely product movement across borders. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in import/export compliance, tariff management, and inventory management, along with the ability to proactively resolve logistics issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations with 3PL partners: receiving, pick/pack, inventory management, and returns.

  • Coordinate time-sensitive shipments for global tours, pop-up activations, and retail events, ensuring on-time delivery to venues or local partners.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple sales channels (tour, D2C, wholesale, consignment).
  • Develop and monitor standard operating procedures for stock reconciliation, loss prevention, and damaged goods handling.
  • Analyze logistics spend and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining service levels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for warehouse partners, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Merch Production and Product Development teams with delivery timelines, tracking, and inbound QC checks.
  • Build clear documentation of logistics workflows for internal alignment and HQ reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably for consumer goods or entertainment merchandise (high SKU count).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations, customs clearance, and tariff schedules.
  • Hands-on experience managing 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, and last-mile delivery partners.
  • Proven record of managing complex, multi-channel inventory.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP or WMS systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and cross-cultural communication skills.

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000/year
