Low-voltage Division Leader

About The Role:

We are seeking an individual to lead our low-voltage division, who will be responsible for expanding our division through technical sales knowledge, project management, client and staff development, and follow-through. This individual will oversee quality control, complete commissioning checklists, review redline CAD documentation for as-built drawing, problem diagnosis, and cross-departmental collaboration. Must have previous experience in all aspects such as data / AV, security, card access, fiber optic cabling and terminations, PA systems, fire and suppression, paging nurse call,

What You’ll Bring:

· RCDD Certification (required)

· Power Limited License

· DAS Certification

· NICET Certification

· Project Management software experience (Procore preferred)

· Proficiency in CAD

· Valid MN Driver’s License

· Naturally connect with people, earn trust quickly, and maintain long-term client relationships

· Be persistent in prospecting and following up to drive new business

· Listen to customer needs and design solutions that resolve real problems while aligning with their budget

· Work effectively with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction

· Ability to think out of the box, work independently, and meet necessary deadlines

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Commercial/Industrial Electrical Experience

Salary Range:

Compensation is $100-125,000 per year plus bonus opportunities
