Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and repair of commercial properties. This role requires a self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular property inspections, including identifying and addressing roof issues and other structural concerns.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, providing excellent customer service and timely responses to maintenance requests.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and costly repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage budgets and maintenance records as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial property management or facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary of $85,000 annually.
• Benefits may be offered for the right candidate, based on experience.
