🔧 Maintenance Supervisor – Weekend Shift
📍 Indianola, MS | 🕓 Thurs–Sun, 6 AM–6 PM
💵 $80K–$85K + 10% bonus + weekend shift differential
We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead weekend operations in a high-volume distribution center. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership position with a clear growth path to Maintenance Manager .
In this role, you’ll oversee preventive maintenance, ensure equipment uptime, and lead a skilled team—all within a highly automated environment. Experience with conveyor systems and distribution center operations is essential.
✔️ 2+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance
✔️ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
✔️ Comfortable working with automation, PLCs, and technical documentation
✔️ Safety-focused, hands-on leader with great communication skills
