Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Our growing client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and organize the 2nd shift maintenance team and oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring uptime and reliability across production equipment, building systems, and support machinery.

This role is based in Passaic County, NJ and offers the chance to join a well-established, expanding company with low turnover and strong exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive preventive and proactive maintenance in a lean manufacturing environment
• Oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair of production and facility equipment
• Manage CMMS programs, spare parts inventory, and vendor/contractor relationships
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and permitting requirements
• Collaborate on installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years in manufacturing maintenance
• 3-5 years of hands-on supervisory experience
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office
