Job Description

Weyco Group designs, markets and distributes footwear under a variety of brand names: Florsheim, Stacy Adams, Nunn Bush, Bogs and Forsake. Weyco Group is a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ under ticker symbol WEYS. There are 5 total offices around the world with the world headquarters in Glendale, WI.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems, conveyors, and equipment.
• Repair plumbing issues, including leaks and blockages.
• Address damaged electrical wiring and ensure electrical safety.
• Implement preventative measures to reduce the risk of future issues.
• Identify and fix potential safety hazards to prevent injuries.

Job Requirements:

• Versatile technician with a broad skill set, capable of learning new tasks efficiently.
• Flexible schedule, willing to work until 7:30 PM
• Proficient with basic tools and mechanical tasks
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of verbal and written instructions
• Familiarity with hand tools and equipment
• Competence in working on simple motor controls and gearing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
