Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Manufacturing Excellence Manager with deep expertise in dietary supplement manufacturing. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and best-in-class quality and compliance across our manufacturing network. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, cross-functional leadership, and a passion for building a culture of high performance and innovation in line with cGMP standards and global regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Operational Excellence
Design and implement a global manufacturing excellence strategy focused on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen principles.
Optimize manufacturing KPI’s (OEE, yield, cycle time, waste reduction, throughput, cost per unit).
Deploy standard operating procedures and process improvements across internal and contract manufacturing sites.
Quality & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure adherence to 21 CFR Part 111, WHO-GMP, NSF, FSSAI, and other regulatory frameworks for dietary supplements.
Collaborate closely with Regulatory, Quality, and R&D teams to maintain product integrity and audit readiness.
Lead initiatives to improve documentation practices, batch record accuracy, and product release timeline’s.
People & Culture
Lead and develop high-performing manufacturing and operations teams through coaching, training, and performance management.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learning on the shop floor and among leadership.
Act as change agent during M&A, technology adoption, or major capital investments.
Strategic Leadership
Support strategic decision-making on capacity expansion, CDMO partnerships, and tech transfers.
Manage multi-site operational consistency and collaboration across cross-border teams.
Drive digital transformation initiatives in areas like MES, ERP integration, and real-time manufacturing analytics.
